This role is ideal for a service‑minded IT professional who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating across teams, and supporting secure access across a large application environment. What You’ll Do Manage identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, application security, and file share access Use ServiceNow and IAM tools to review, route, and complete access‑related service requests Support least‑privilege access, logical access controls, and compliance with enterprise security standards Partner with IT, security, and business teams to resolve access issues and improve IAM processes Participate in audit support, access reviews, documentation, and ongoing process improvement What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, infrastructure support, help desk, quality assurance, knowledge support, or a related security‑focused IT environment Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute within a team environment Familiarity with IAM concepts, access administration, ticketing systems, compliance, or audit support Experience with Active Directory, CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or SAP security is a plus Why Join Us Build a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management through side‑by‑side training with experienced team members Grow your career in a role with exposure to security, IT operations, compliance, and business partners across the organization Join a collaborative team where your work directly supports secure, reliable access for employees and critical business systems Schedule and On‑Call Expectations This is a full‑time, in‑office hourly role based in League City, Texas.
