Key Responsibilities Oversight and support of operations for designated office Drive team performance through organization and planning Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures Oversee the management of inventory levels Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations Assist with interviewing and training Manage overall performance of all direct reports Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work independently, be detail oriented and organized Meet multiple competing deadlines and prioritize tasks Education and Experience 3 years of management and customer service experience Healthcare experience a plus Desired Qualifications and Behaviors Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Leader: Inspires teammates to follow Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks Peer Recognition: Inspired to perform well by the praise of coworkers Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility Education: Bachelor's degree or better Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
