This is a warm, family-centered ABA organization on a mission to empower kids with autism — one step at a time. They deliver evidence-based therapy for children 18 months to 21 years, built on genuine family partnerships and a real commitment to growth and progress. Now they're looking for a BCBA to bring that same heart to a fully remote role.

About the role:

You'll carry a telehealth caseload , designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans while coaching families and supervising behavior technicians — all virtually. You'll be part of a team of compassionate, highly trained professionals dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, with a focus on building communication, social, and life skills through evidence-based practices.

This is a role for someone who leads with warmth, thinks critically, and believes that great ABA doesn't require four walls.

Minnesota requires a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential to practice — but if you hold your BCBA and haven't gotten your LBA yet, this team will support you through the process. Don't let that extra step hold you back from applying. We'll help you get there.

• Hold your BCBA certification (LBA in MN or willing to obtain with support)

• Have experience with telehealth or remote ABA delivery
