The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, strengthening, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and rehabilitation goals Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function, promoting independence, and improving quality of life Adapt quickly to facility procedures, documentation systems, and patient populations Requirements Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain Previous clinical experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care What We Offer Competitive weekly travel pay Housing and travel stipends Comprehensive benefits package Dedicated recruiter and clinical support throughout the assignment Travel assignment with potential for extension Opportunities to gain experience in a variety of healthcare settings Opportunities for future travel assignments and continued professional growth Towne U.S. LLC Job ID 18970781.
