Front Desk Attendant (Seasonal) Bailiwick Country Club | Greenwich, CT
Bailiwick Country Club in Greenwich, CT, is seeking friendly and reliable individuals for a seasonal summer position as a Front Desk Attendant. While the primary role is front desk operations, team members may occasionally assist with snack bar shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a professional manner
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and transactions accurately
- Provide information about club amenities, programs, and events
- Assist with scheduling court times, lessons, and special events
- Process snack bar orders through point-of-sale terminal
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Good communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
- Work is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor duties
