Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of RN experience. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. Advanced CPI, TNCC/ATCN, and ENPC within one year of hire. Registered Nurse Advanced Cardiac Life Support Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course PALS Certification Trauma Nurse Core Course BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in‑hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must remain valid for sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
