Position Title: LPN - LTC
Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.
Duration: 13 Week
Work Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Pay rate : $40 - $45/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Weekend Warrior availability may be considered.
  
  
  **Responsibilities:**
  
  
  * Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
  * Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  * Complete assessments, documentation, and care plans.
  * Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
  * Maintain accurate electronic documentation using PCC.
  
  
  **Requirements:**
  
  
  * Active LPN license.
  * LTC/SNF experience preferred.
  * Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM.
  * Strong communication, clinical, and time-management skills.
