A manufacturing and warehouse facility in the Apopka/Lockhart area is hiring Stand-Up Reach Truck/Forklift Operators to support material movement, staging, and production flow. Candidates must be comfortable operating Crown high-reach equipment, handling warehouse documentation, and following strict safety procedures. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a growing company, and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Experience Level: Intermediate Level (Reach Truck Experience Required)

Location: Orlando, FL (South Apopka/Maitland Area)

$18.25/hr

1st Shift: Monday Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Overtime may be required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a picker/packer in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with FIFO (first in, first out) inventory methods.
• Experience with cycle counting and general inventory control practices.
• General material handling experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple departments and functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
