Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes across varied shifts.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient conditions promptly upon arrival.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and I.V. therapies as prescribed.
  
  
• 
  Document patient histories, interventions, and progress accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid registered nurse license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
