Find out how a career at Michels Power, Inc. can change yours.Position OverviewAs a Regional Manager – Foundations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for foundation and civil construction operations across a defined geographic region.You will be responsible for P&L performance, project execution, team leadership, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role oversees multiple project teams and Project Managers while driving consistency, performance, and growth within the foundations business.This position is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in foundation construction methods, power delivery infrastructure, and field operations management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight of foundation construction operations across multiple projects and locationsManage regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitabilityLead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teamsEnsure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standardsOversee project planning for foundation and civil scopes, including:
