Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position located in Bakersfield, California. This role requires an HCP to perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including cardiac, spect, bone scans, and gastric emptying studies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Bakersfield, California
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Required Qualifications: State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist issued by CA, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 2 years' experience in nuclear medicine procedures, experience with Radnet or Merge Unity EMR systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE, Phillips, or Siemens imaging equipment, familiarity with Cardiac, Spect, Bone Scan, Bleed Studies, and Gastric Emptying.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to float to a nearby facility approximately 6.5 miles away. On-call rotation involves evening and weekend shifts. Scrubs are provided in teal. The department has one scanner/room, with no use of RRA's, and the radiologist-in-house. Candidates will perform venipunctures if applicable. The hospital maintains a cancellation policy allowing up to 4 shifts canceled per 13-week assignment.
