Join Allied Universal as a patrol officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support a caring, people-first culture through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support employee and guest entry procedures in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with routine reporting, maintain awareness of operational activity, and support a professional environment for employees, contractors, and visitors across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
