- Licensing : Active LSBPSE card and firearm certification.
- Availability : Full shift rotations (12 hr. shifts), weekends, and holidays required .
- Shifts are Days - 5:30am - 5:30pm, and Nights 5:30pm - 5:30am
- Equipment/Vehicle : Reliable, duty-grade weapon (and corresponding duty gear) and valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Experience : Supervisory background in security, military, or law enforcement.
- Screening : Must pass reference check.
- Field Leadership : Perform daily site inspections and support officer operations.
- Operations : Coordinate logistics, report field status, and manage equipment.
- Emergency Coverage : Provide immediate, on-site coverage when necessary.
- Training : Train new hires on protocols and de-escalation.
- Reporting : Document daily activities and file incident reports.
- Communication : Strong verbal/written skills for team and client management.
- Stamina : Capable of 12-hour shifts in varied conditions.
- Physical : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Decision Making : Ability to make quick, high-stress decisions.
