What you will do: Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders Help resident restore their physical function and mobility Must have: Compassion for residents Forward Thinking Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Caldera Cares for you!
