We seekan educator who is passionate about teaching and mentoring undergraduates within arigorous liberal arts framework.Course Load & OfferingsThe selected instructor will be responsible for teaching courses that may include: Communication and Technology Media Law Organizational and Small Group Communication Other upper-level communication courses based on instructor expertiseKey Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned undergraduate Communicationcourses. Foster an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating classroomenvironment. Maintain regular, scheduled office hours to support student success. Provide constructive feedback and timely grading on student coursework.Qualifications Education: Master's degree or higher in Communication Studies, Journalism,Broadcasting, or a closely related field. Teaching Experience: Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduatelevel. Mentorship: A strong commitment to student advising, mentorship, andsupporting undergraduate academic development. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Pedagogy: Familiarity with, and commitment to, liberal arts education and itsstudent-centered pedagogical approaches.Application ProcessReview of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.Interested candidates should submit the following materials electronically View email address on us.fitly.work:1.
