Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Mammography Technologist, you will be vital in early breast cancer detection, performing high‑quality mammographic imaging with precision and compassion. Every day you will expertly operate equipment, meticulously position patients, ensure comfort, perform quality control, and maintain accurate records. You'll collaborate with radiologists and adhere to safety and regulatory standards for comprehensive breast health. To be successful in this role, you will possess current mammography certification, exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor, ensuring accurate diagnostics and positive patient experiences. We are offering a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Must have satisfactorily completed a formal radiologic technology training program accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) and the California Department of Public Health, Radiation Health Branch (CDPHRHB). Four (4) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Working in and proficient in one (1) advanced modality. Three (3) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist and working and proficient in two (2) advanced modalities, one (1) of which must be CT or Mammography. Medical Radiographer: CA, upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT). Fluoroscopy Permit.
