As a Finance Associate within PNC's Retail Banking Finance organization, you will support the Small Business Finance team organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a primary focus on the Micro Segments business. This role serves as a key finance partner to business leaders, providing financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support to help drive growth, profitability, and operating efficiency across the portfolio. The individual will collaborate closely with business leaders and finance partners across Retail Banking, Treasury Management and Merchant Services to deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

Key responsibilities include supporting monthly and annual forecast processes, preparing financial presentations for senior leadership, analyzing business performance and key drivers, developing variance commentary, performing ad hoc financial analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting and planning processes. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys combining financial analysis, business partnership, and strategic decision support in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
