The work: We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) / Tester in Washington, DC to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including: agile ceremonies, translate business and technical needs into actionable work items, and provide reporting and analysis that guide continuous improvement. Business Analyst (BA) / Tester will: Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application QA Prepare and participate in internal design sessions Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed Here's what you need: At least 2 years professionally work experience as a Business Analyst Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates. Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology Active TS clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
