Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Newman Roofing, a growing family-owned company serving homeowners since 1992. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience through scheduling support, customer communication, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails

• Schedule estimates, inspections, and appointments

• Coordinate calendars and communicate appointment details

• Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries

• Provide administrative support to sales and office teams

• Maintain accurate customer records

• Deliver professional, white-glove customer service throughout the customer lifecycle

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2/3+ years of customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or front-office experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions

• Experience working directly with customers, clients, patients, or homeowners

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end customer xhyhwjd service experience

• College degree preferred

Location: Sunbury, OH (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $24-$29/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
