JOB SUMMARY Serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, managing the flow of the restaurant while creating a welcoming environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests with enthusiasm. Manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently. Communicate wait times clearly. Answer phones and assist with to-go orders. TO SPECIALIST Handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take and confirm phone, online, and third party (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) orders. Package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards.
