Summary: Clear table; wipe down tables and chairs; re-set tables.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Clean and clear tables.
• Assist servers in bringing food out to table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
• Ensure completion of side work.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements - Qualifications:

• No experience needed. Tray service/handling desirable.
• Must be at least 16 years of age; exception Moon Shadow Grill must be at least 21 years of age.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
• Work Cards:
• Food Handler
• Alcohol Awareness (Moon Shadow only)
• Physical Requirements:
• Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods.
• Use hands to hold tools utilized for position.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Potential Work Environment Conditions:
• The work environment is characterized as a restaurant setting where standard kitchen equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• The immediate work environment does have a smoking section as well as a smoking environment in the building.
