Endocrinologist Specialist

Position Overview UCR Health and the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine are recruiting board‑certified endocrinologist clinicians. The clinician‑educator will support inpatient and outpatient endocrinology practice within an academic setting, practicing at UCR Health Clinics and/or UCR‑affiliated clinical facilities in Riverside and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating hormone disorders and other endocrine problems, evaluating patient symptoms and medical histories, developing treatment plans, and helping patients manage physical limitations associated with endocrine diseases. Salary : $118,100 – $302,700 annually, with additional compensation based on clinical productivity. Qualifications Educational Requirements Must possess an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree. Experience Requirements A minimum of one year of practice post‑residency training from an accredited residency program. Fellowship training in endocrinology, metabolism, or another related subspecialty. Qualification for medical staff privileges at UCR Health and affiliated hospitals. Eligibility to practice in the State of California by the time of employment. Ability to work effectively with staff and patients from diverse ethnic/racial backgrounds, educational levels, sexual orientations, and identities. Continuous learning and up‑to‑date expertise in clinical practice. Independent practice under general direction and collaborative teamwork. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Strong background in clinical practice, teaching, and managed care. Additional Requirements : Current U.S. work authorization; UCR does not sponsor visas.
