Do you love to excite large customers with district heating or neighborhood solutions, equip large heating plants, or successfully position technical solutions in the growing market of energy container heating plants? Then shape our success in the field of heating, cooling, and air conditioning as a sales representative (m/w/d) district heating. With your know-how, communication skills, and market knowledge, you will drive growth in your sales area significantly.
Duties
- Sales of our heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems to large customers, such as energy suppliers, heat contractors, planners
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Consulting and technical design of the product solutions under consideration
- Creation of offers and project follow-up
- Building and expanding the market position in the sales area
- Following market trends and competitive observation
Requirements
- Completed training as a technician or a degree in the field of utility technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or control technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the sales of heating, cooling, and air conditioning technology
- Strong customer orientation, as well as a confident appearance
- Strong negotiation skills and high communication ability
- Very good presentation skills
- Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working method
- High initiative, willingness to commit, and hands-on mentality
- Endurance, determination, and persistence in the daily sales routine
- Good English skills and willingness to travel

Compensation range
The annual compensation for this position is between 59,000.00-117,646.00 annually. Factors such as skills, education, experience, and other qualifications can influence the compensation within this range.
Additional compensation
This position may be eligible for short-term bonus payments.
