As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Hearne, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer supporting a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing surroundings, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in appropriate reports, logs, and communication systems according to site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
