SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Overview SEB Professional North America is a leader in the professional coffee machine industry, offering three equipment lines: Schaerer, WMF, and Curtis. This role supports the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, and ad hoc projects. The position is full-time and hybrid. Responsibilities Data analysis and reporting: analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction. Process optimization: design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track operational performance. Vendor management: collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms. Collect and analyze data on supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors; assess vendor operations and enforce quality standards. Measure supply chain performance and report findings to management. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Required Experience: 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related operational field. Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Skills Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), SQL, and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Analytical: Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. Soft: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
