What you will do:

• Engineer the Future: Model workflows, crush bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions for groundbreaking electric aircraft.
\n
• Drive Breakthroughs: Implement advanced tooling, robotics, and automation to supercharge efficiency and redefine production.
\n
• Lead & Collaborate: Champion cross-functional initiatives, aligning engineering, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution.
\n
• Optimize & Excel: Streamline material flow, ensure product manufacturability (DFM), and uphold rigorous FAA Part 21 & 23 standards.
\n

Who you are:

\n
• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
\n
• 7+ years in advanced manufacturing, especially aerospace or process optimization.
\n
• A strategic, innovative, and data-driven mind ready to conquer challenges and drive efficiency.
\n
• Expertise in process modeling, simulation, and scaling production with automation.
\n
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace quality standards.
\n
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tech, Catia, Solidworks, or ERP/MES systems.
