Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong Med/Surg experience and a can-do attitude, providing outstanding customer service while delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Perform typical procedures such as Cholecystectomy and Appendectomy, alongside medical management tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation via Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members for continuous improvement of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current Hospital Acute Care Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Mom/Baby experience with NRP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with working independently and confident in clinical judgment.
