Job Description:

• Complete occupational therapy assessments.
• Perform occupational therapy treatments.
• Create home-based treatment plans.
• Monitor treatment plans for implementation and effectiveness.
• Attend client-centered meetings or provide information as needed.
• Conduct skills-based competency training for staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Practice in accordance with Texas OT Education, Licensure, and Practice rules.
• Follow all facility rules, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications & Documentation:

• Current, valid Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• CEUs maintained throughout the assignment.
• Good standing with the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• All certifications must remain current throughout the assignment.
• Must meet immunization requirements.
• Must successfully complete drug screening and fingerprinting.
• Complete all required training.
