- Active plumbing license
- Experience leading or managing plumbing work

In this full-time role, you'll take charge of daily plumbing operations while shaping the framework for a scalable, efficient in-house division. You'll oversee projects, coordinate with team members, communicate directly with clients, and ensure every job reflects our high standards.
