Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide one call resolution for customer inquiries
• Utilize call center experience to assist customers with their needs
• Drive service sales through effective communication and product knowledge
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure service standards are met
• Process orders, payments, and resolve complaints in a timely manner

Required Skills:

• Customer service management experience
• Inbound call center experience
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support
• Experience with order processing and payment processing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in asset protection and restocking
• Knowledge of bathroom remodeling industry
• Experience with first in, first out inventory management
• Experience with baking or food service industry
• Experience with claims processing and loading/unloading

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $25,000.00

Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
