Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg) PRN Job Type: PRN | Day Schedule: 2x12 per 6 weeks; 7a-7p; 2 weekends per quarter; 1 major and minor holiday per year Overview Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Pulaski welcomes a Med Surg LPN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The unit emphasizes teamwork, support, and opportunities for growth within a family‑oriented environment. Responsibilities As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Qualifications Current Tennessee LPN license (or equivalent compact state license) Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition & Stabilization (PEARS) within 6 months of hire I.V.
