Coaching multiple Scrum teams in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Scrum Master III will facilitate Agile ceremonies, improve sprint planning and delivery processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance team performance and support continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Manage and support multiple Scrum teams, ensuring effective coordination and consistent Agile practices Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead sprint planning activities to promote collaboration and continuous improvement Identify and remove impediments while tracking Agile performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master certification, or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification Five to seven years of experience on IT project teams, including at least two years as a Scrum Master Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a focus on launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Virtual Vocations Inc
