Outpatient Women's Health Physician (OBGYN or FMOB)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $265000.00

Join a respected, nonprofit healthcare organization delivering integrated, patient-centered care in the Kansas City metro. This opportunity is designed for an OBGYN or Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics training who seeks purpose, stability, and a collaborative team environment.
Opportunity Highlights:
Outpatient Womens Health / OBGYN-focused role
Prenatal care + colposcopies required
No deliveries (optional moonlighting available)
1620 patients/day with built-in schedule buffers
4 hours admin time weekly
2:1 clinical support (MA + RN)
Multiple sites: Central KC & brand-new KC facility
Compensation & Benefits:
$230K$260K starting base
Sign-On and Retention Bonus Available
NHSC loan repayment eligible
20+ PTO days + holidays
Full benefits + 401(k) match + CME
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE OBGYN or Family Medicine w/ OB experience/fellowship
Comfortable with colposcopies & high-risk prenatal (diabetes)
