You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Define system architecture and requirements Decompose system requirements and allocate targets Perform system modeling and analysis Drive root cause analysis and risk management Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions The essential requirements of the job includeBachelor’s degree in Engineering5+ years systems engineering experienceExperience with requirements and system integrationDemonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysisDemonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentationTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Regulated environments (GMP, ISO) Model-based systems engineering Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
