This role acts as a central coordinator and change agent, partnering closely with Category Managers, Procurement Leadership, Procurement Operations/COE, Finance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve procurement agility, governance, reporting, pipeline visibility, and project execution. The Agility Manager helps ensure procurement initiatives progress efficiently while maintaining compliance with procurement policies, sourcing standards, and stakeholder expectations. The Agility Manager is expected to operate independently across multiple workstreams, provide leadership for cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a procurement process and project management expert. Direct reporting responsibilities are not required but may be assigned based on organizational needs.Core ResponsibilitiesProcurement Program & Project ManagementLead and coordinate multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously across indirect spend categories.Establish and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, risk logs, action registers, and communication routines for procurement initiatives.Partner with Category Managers and stakeholders to help sourcing projects remain on schedule and aligned to governance requirements.Facilitate project reviews, status updates, leadership reporting, and issue-resolution activities.Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers; develop mitigation plans to support timely execution.Procurement Operations & AgilityDrive continuous improvement initiatives that improve procurement efficiency, effectiveness, cycle time, and stakeholder experience.Standardize procurement processes, templates, workflows, governance practices, and operating rhythms across the indirect procurement organization.Collaborate with Procurement Operations and COE teams to streamline sourcing, intake, contracting, and reporting activities.Monitor procurement cycle times and identify opportunities to reduce administrative burden and improve speed-to-value.Support deployment of procurement technology, automation, workflow improvements, and digital transformation efforts.Strategic Portfolio ManagementMaintain the indirect procurement project portfolio, sourcing pipeline, savings tracking routines, and leadership visibility tools.Provide clear visibility into sourcing initiatives, project status, resource needs, key risks, and value delivery metrics.Support annual planning activities, category roadmaps, prioritization discussions, and leadership operating reviews.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Risk Management, Operations, and other business teams.Governance & ReportingDevelop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPI reporting, executive updates, and performance summaries.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with accurate project, pipeline, savings, and risk information.Monitor sourcing compliance, documentation standards, and adherence to procurement policies and approval requirements.Ensure procurement records, project files, and reporting materials meet audit, governance, and leadership expectations.Change Management & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a change champion for procurement transformation, operating model improvements, and process standardization.Facilitate stakeholder alignment meetings, decision forums, and cross-functional working sessions.Support adoption of new procurement processes, systems, tools, dashboards, and ways of working.Develop communication materials, training content, stakeholder updates, and adoption support tools.Promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, and process discipline across procurement and business teams.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree required.• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred.• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.• 8+ years of procurement, category management, sourcing, project management, procurement operations, business transformation, or related experience.• Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement efforts, and operational execution initiatives.• Experience supporting procurement governance, reporting, sourcing operations, project portfolio tracking, or transformation activities.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong background in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, issue resolution, and organizational change management.• Experience supporting procurement technologies, workflow tools, dashboards, automation, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESProcurement program and project managementStrategic planning and prioritizationAgile project leadership and execution disciplineProcess improvement and continuous improvementChange management and adoption supportExecutive reporting and dashboard developmentStakeholder relationship management and facilitationProcurement governance and documentation disciplineData analytics and performance measurementCross-functional collaborationRisk identification and mitigationProcurement technology enablementADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSInside working conditions.No environmental hazards are indicated for this classificationIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
