Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using required charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Float to other units or locations as needed based on facility demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submittal) or valid compact license with proof provided
• Minimum one year of specialty experience within the past year
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• One supervisory reference required at time of submittal
• Social Security Number required at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
