Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Work with heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Use testing tools and equipment to ensure system performance
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate job documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and safety standards
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong workmanship standards
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
