• Shift: Weekend inpatient coverage; Friday 5:00 p.m. - Monday 8:00 a.m. (Onsite patient visits & call)
• Hours/Week: 5x9-Hour shifts
• Employment Type: Contract/Locum
• License/Certs: Board Certified required, Missouri license preferred or willing to obtain
• Experience: 2-3 years inpatient behavioral health experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $253.50
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluation and management for adult patients (18+)
• Cover weekend inpatient shifts, including onsite visits and call responsibilities
• Collaborate with support staff, including RNs, technicians, and social workers
• Participate in patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation in Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
• Assist with unit coverage, including PTO periods as needed during December 28 - January 8

What You Need:

• Active Missouri medical license or willingness to obtain
• Board certification in psychiatry
• 2-3 years of inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
