Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Responsibilities Assessment and Intervention: Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and implement individualized therapy plans. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans. Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards. Qualifications SLPA Requirements Bachelors Degree in related field Valid Maryland SLPA license.
