The role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project teams to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements. Responsibilities include leading business requirements and solution analysis, assessing business process and system impacts, guiding testing and implementation activities, validating business outcomes, and supporting successful delivery through production deployment and post-implementation monitoring. The ideal candidate is a recognized subject matter expert with strong business and systems analysis skills, experience leading complex technology initiatives, strong SQL and data validation capabilities, and the ability to independently drive strategic initiatives while influencing stakeholders across business and technology organizations.Navy Federal provides much more than a job.
