What You'll Do:

• Meet awesome people and help them find the perfect insurance coverage to fit their unique lives
• Turn complex insurance jargon into easy-to-understand advice (you're basically a superhero with words)
• Hunt down new leads and build relationships that last
• Keep the paperwork flowing smoothly - because details matter!
• Team up with underwriters and claims pros to make magic happen behind the scenes
• Stay sharp on the latest insurance trends and products - you're always one step ahead!

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with a go-getter attitude and a big smile
• Licensed or ready to get licensed (we'll help you!)
• Sales experience? Awesome. Insurance experience? Even better. But if you're a quick learner with passion, that counts too!
• Killer communication skills - you can talk to anyone and make it fun!
• Tech-savvy enough to tackle CRM and Microsoft Office without breaking a sweat

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Prattville, AL.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
