Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate to join its team in Tysons Corner, VA. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of complex litigation experience, a strong understanding of civil procedure, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Duties Handle complex litigation, including drafting court-filed motions and legal memoranda. Engage in strategic problem-solving with a pragmatic approach to business issues. Demonstrate dynamic leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Build and expand a practice in a team-oriented environment. Thrive in a busy, growing firm environment. Requirements Minimum of two years of complex litigation experience. Deep knowledge of civil procedure. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Motivation and ability to handle court and client demands. Active Virginia Bar Membership. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active Virginia Bar Membership. Skills Experience in drafting sophisticated legal documents. Strategic problem-solving abilities. Dynamic leadership and strong work ethic. Excellent interpersonal skills.
