Analytics Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to drive reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business objectives. Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from requirements gathering through insight delivery and stakeholder presentations. Conduct complex data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions. Stakeholder Management Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs, define project scope, and manage expectations. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights that drive operational and strategic improvements. Data & Reporting Solutions Develop and optimize SQL queries and reporting processes across large datasets. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting environments. Design workflows and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with technical teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and data availability. Coach and develop team members to strengthen analytical and business intelligence capabilities. Promote best practices in analytics, reporting, and data visualization. Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics functions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, and reporting. Advanced expertise in Tableau dashboard and report development. Strong SQL development and scripting skills (experience with cloud data platforms preferred). Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Alteryx workflow development. Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives. Knowledge of HTML or web-based reporting solutions. Experience with enterprise BI and analytics platforms. Background in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries. Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading analytics team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
