Inventory Administrative Assistant

Starting range of $18.50- $20.50 per hour

Job Description:

Inventory Administrative Assistant- Distribution Center

Full Time

Monday- Thursday 6:00am- 3:00pm; Friday 6:00am- 12:00pm

This role is 100% ON SITE in our La Crosse, WI Distribution Center

What You'll Do

  • Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to?our internal team members,?and our external customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and work independently with an exceptional level of detail.

  • Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department as well as internal and external requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies, etc.

  • Complete various reports management as needed.

  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external customers.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.

  • Inventory/Receiving exception reconciliation.

  • RGA processing/Customer Service counts.

  • VMR (vendor merchandise returns) processing.

  • Various Inventory (SCI) reports including Bin Negative, Blocked reports, In Inventory/Not put away.

  • Will cross-train in other Inventory Administrative assignments as needed and for back-up.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.

  • Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail

  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Knowledge of computers and able to interact with SAP and Manhattan systems.

  • Experience in data entry, keying, filing, and analytical thinking.

  • Prioritize work assignments, workload, and be able to generate reports associated with the responsibilities of this position.
