Overview Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA, Home Health Location: Buford, GA - Office Location Position: Physical Therapy Assistant Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: Oakwood, Gainesville, Chestnut Mt, Gillsville and surrounding areas Salary: $73,000 - $89,000 (per‑point basis; estimate of annual compensation) Schedule: M‑F 8am‑5pm (Offer based on Years of Experience) Responsibilities Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients to the Physical Therapist and physician. Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety. Required Certifications and Licensures Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation. Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
