Job Summary As the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will prospect and run Auris payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑size merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM) and will also train and coach Payroll Client Advisors under your supervision. Responsibilities Prospect new clients into payroll/HCM services realm. Maintain client records in the Atlas CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information. Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win. Build and develop knowledge of the product/service portfolio and industry developments. Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with the leader. Provide status updates to the reporting PDM. Train and coach Payroll Client Advisors, who report to you. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Resident of the area relative to the job posting location. At least two years of relevant experience. Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Works well independently and as part of a team. Incentive‑driven sales “hunter” attitude. Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions. Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results. Ability to spend 50% of the time in the field. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least six years of relevant experience. At least one to two years of supervisory experience. Competencies: awareness, resilience, respectful, committedness. Compensation and Benefits W‑2 position.
