POSITION SUMMARY
Department: County Attorney
Classification: Grade 16 (ICEA)


FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Description: Civil Division and Criminal Division: To act in the place of the County Attorney in the County Attorney's absence specific to designated Division. This position is next in line of authority below the County Attorney and above all other positions and upon request of County Attorney is responsible for assisting the County Attorney concerning all functions and personnel in the County Attorney's Department. Responsible to handle the most complex litigation.

WORK HOURS, WORK LOCATION
