TheraCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time or PRN home health services in Baytown and surrounding areas, TX. You will perform in-home evaluations, develop POCs, and treat adults and seniors to improve mobility and independence.
Enjoy flexible scheduling, autonomy, and one-on-one care in patients’ homes. Texas OT license and CPR required; HCHB experience preferred. Competitive benefits and mileage reimbursement offered.
