What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and energy
Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and options
Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
Continuously improve your process, performance, and results

What We're Looking For

Sales experience preferred (automotive or otherwise)
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Team player with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
