Responsibilities Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork, no shortcuts. Handle full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds. Perform panel and structural work; restore bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specs. Ensure quality reassembly; careful fit and finish in every job. Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and prioritize location safety and tidiness. Qualifications At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides. Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square components. No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time. Sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship (tightened bolts, precise welds). Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs. Team-first attitude; able to collaborate with colleagues across the shop. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. What’s in it for you?
